In addition to signature dishes from the brenner, such as its superfood salad, the brenner kitchen focuses on freestyle sushi creations and vegan maki rolls. An exquisite wine list with a focus on natural wines rounds off the offering. We value sourcing things locally and work together with many suppliers and farmers from the Munich area.
